Great experience with this company. Called on a super hot day less than an hour before they closed and a technician was at the house in a half hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided us with several options. Once one was chosen we soon had cold air blowing again. Highly recommend Dependable Heating & Cooling

Dependable H&C immediately responded during a heat wave, they diagnosed the problem, got me a new unit and installed it the next day. It was 90° and sticky humid! I am so grateful. First off, I was very pleased with the speedy response time from my initial call, and those afterwards. Cameron came out on Mon 7/22 too look over the current system. Gave me all info I inquired about, and more. He said they would be able to come the next day, and I was very pleased. The came our Tues 7/23, three workers, which was good, they saved a lot of time. Didnt even know they were here.... They are a family owned Co and seem very genuine. The were all very professional, courteous, and DEPENDABLE!!!! I was very pleased with the whole job.
